T.A.P - Responsive Designs & Prototyping
T.A.P is a nonprofit networking group for Taiwanese American Professionals. This nonprofit organization seeked opportunities to increase membership.
They desired a more inviting mobile and desktop website to engage their current members and attract more members.
I conducted extensive UX Research to uncover underlying motives for young and ethnic professional. This process guided me through the navigation hierarchy and content to highlight within my UX/UI designs.
01
Synthesizing Surveys & User Interviews
I used Miro to generalize interview and survey insights within affinity and empathy maps.
02
Understand & Empathize
Research insights led me to believe that potential and current TAP members would say, do, think, and feel as such:
-
I wish I could attend more in-person events.
-
I would love to know more about the Taiwanese culture.
-
If I am prompted to read through lengthy blogs, I may abort my online participation
-
I'd like to learn more about the chairmen of TAP
-
I feel motivated when I hear about other members' successes.
My UX RESEARCH
03
User Persona
Once I established the thoughts, feelings, and typical actions of TAP's target audience and users. I developed a user persona to highlight the characteristics of a typical TAP member.
